The best sources of zinc are Oysters, Beef, Pork, lentils and cheese
Include these following foods in your diet and build a STRONGER IMMUNE SYSTEM!
1/2 Cup/125 ml of Ricotta cheese may have 1-2 mg of zinc
¾ Cup/175 ml Yogurt may have 2 mg of zinc
Make these two as snacks. Spread ricotta on whole wheat crackers or add sliced fruit to your favourite yogurt.
¾ cup (175 ml) of Beans and Lentils may have 1-2 mg of zinc. Purée beans or lentils with a little water and add it to hamburger mixtures, casseroles, soups, stews or pasta sauces.
