Selenium is an essential trace mineral that maintains a healthy immune system. You need a minimum of 55 mcg/day.
The selenium content in foods is affected by the soil where the animal was raised or the plant was grown. The best sources of selenium are brazil nuts, pork, couscous, oyster and eggs.

Include these following foods in your diet and build a STRONGER IMMUNE SYSTEM!

1/4 Cup/60 ml of brazil nuts may have 680 mg of selenium- Have 15-30 ml as a snack during the day

1/2 cup (125 ml) Couscous may have 23 mcg of selenium- Have it as side dish with your lunch

75 g (2.5 oz) Cooked Salmon may have 35-43 mcg of selenium- Try Baked salmon at dinner
